Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is snacking in her undies to address comments about her weight. The 31-year-old five-time Olympic medalist, making 2020 headlines for a massive anorexia storm, this week revisited the issue of what she feeds herself, with last night bringing a Q&A for the blonde's 1 million Instagram followers. Nastia, who has already defended her "gross skinny chicken legs" this year, highlighted one question from a fan asking how she deals with comments suggesting her eating is disordered. See the response below.

Scroll for the photo and clap-back. Nastia, who celebrated her 31st birthday last year with both sprinkle donuts and a burger trip to fast-food chain Shake Shack, chose not to post a photo of herself eating junk food, but she was eating. The 2008 all-around champion shared a throwback of herself in a skimpy, sporty-strapped Dior bralette in black, with the star seen chowing down on a green apple and with many more beside her in a white bowl. Big crunch, big reveal.

The confident munch came with text. "How u respond to comments about weight? I'm very thin and everyone thinks it's a disorder," the fan had written.

"Story of my life," Nastia replied. She added that "it used to bother me a lot," even saying she'd be "lying" if she said it didn't bother her. The Volition partner continued "because I get comments and messages on a daily - but it certainly doesn't bother me like it used to." See the photo below.

Nastia, whose October 2020 storm came with a massive clap-back, concluded with a mention of the Shake Shack burger she enjoyed on her birthday, writing that "between a little thicker skin + just understanding that the people who make these comments don't know me - or know or see what I eat on a daily."

The Olympian, who has admitted she's always been "thin," also admitted to having been blessed with a good gene set as she shouted out her Olympic gymnast parents. More photos below.

Last year, Nastia was asked how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies" in a fan DM, one the star reposted while in a scoop-neck dress as she fired back:

"If taking pictures of my OWN body — a body that won me many Olympic medals, a body that I push each day to get stronger, a body that God gave me — is inherently promoting anorexia, then honestly, we've gotten to a place in the world where just BEING is offensive."
