According to reports, Tamar Braxton no longer has to stay away from her ex-boyfriend because the case has been dismissed by the court.

Earlier this week, the ex-couple apparently didn't show up to a court-ordered hearing in the case. In that case, the judge dismissed the case and dissolved the restraining order. As we reported, her ex-BF filed the case in L.A. county court claiming she attacked him while he was driving. She denied the allegations on 'The Tamron Hall Show.'
