'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne Silent On Husband Losing $16 Million Mansion

Erika lived with Thomas in the home until late last year. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star moved into her own $1.5 million rental home near Hollywood months after filing for divorce from the once-respected lawyer.

In her petition, Erika is asking the court to award her spousal support. Thomas fired back at the request and demanded the judge terminated Erika's right to any support.

At the same time, Thomas was recently placed under a conservatorship by his family.

His brother claims Thomas is suffering from short-term memory loss and has constant doctor visits. Robert told the court he is unsure where he will have his brother live. In court documents, his family says Erika's husband is unable to do the most basic tasks and cannot survive without help.

Erika hasn't addressed the situation and no longer talks about Thomas despite having been married for 21 years. In the conservatorship petition, Robert made no mention of Erika being around and didn't list her home as an option for Thomas to live.

Instead, Erika went back to work to film "RHOBH" and continues hawking lingerie on Instagram.

Last year, the reality star's world came crashing down as her husband started being hit with lawsuit after lawsuit. The suits accused him of failing to pay his bills and even claimed he embezzled money from clients to fund his "lavish lifestyle."

Erika is a named defendant in a massive federal lawsuit. She has yet to respond to the suit in court. One creditor claims Erika's entertainment company received $20 million from Thomas in the past couple of years.

Fans have been demanding Bravo fire Erika from the show. The network has remained mum on the situation.
