"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne is unloading her expensive designer duds at a discounted rate amid accusations she helped embezzle money with her estranged husband Thomas Girardi.

The reality star announced she was selling her clothes on the app Vestiaire Collective. Erika listed a ton of previously worn items on her account. Each item is being offered at a small discounted rate. The majority of the clothes were worn by Erika during the filming of the Bravo show or during red carpet appearances.

Among the items, Erika is selling a Gucci cashmere jacket for $900, a Baleniago wool jumper for $450, a lightly worn $4,000 Zuhair Murad silk jumpsuit along with a pair of green Gucci trousers for $600.

The "RHOBH" star has even listed a Non-Signe/Unsigned maxi dress that she rocked in the famous opening sequence promo for the reality show. She believes the dress can fetch around $1,600. Erika says the dress is worth $2,000 but she is trying to get rid of it ASAP.

Erika has nearly 40 different pieces to bid on. The lot includes clothes from Moschino, Versace, Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Rick Owens, Balmain, Stella McCartney, and Dolce & Gabbana.

It appears some of the items have been on her page for several months but others are freshly updated. The timing of Erika's promotion for the link is interesting given the legal issues she was hit with this month.

As The Blast previously reported, Erika and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi are facing a federal lawsuit accusing them of embezzling millions owed to the families of plane crash victims.

In the suit, the plaintiffs say Erika's lawyer husband used his clients' settlement money to fund his lavish lifestyle. The lawyers wrote in the complaint, "Tom has resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements that should have been directed to his clients—including, as the basis for this Complaint, the widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610—in order to continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles."

Earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage.

In the divorce, Erika says she is unaware of the true extent of their marital property. She previously said they did not sign a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched. Recently, the "RHOBH" star asked the court to award her spousal support. Thomas fired back requesting Erika's right to support be terminated in the divorce.

In the federal lawsuit, the plaintiffs call into question how real the divorce actually is. The suit read, "While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that“divorce” is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK."

The case is pending.
