Miley Cyrus Lifts Shirt Without Bra To Deliver New Album

The video, a mash-up and seeing Miley filmed at dusk amid a palm-lined street, showed the blonde backed by a green stoplight and wearing a white t-shirt with "B-TCH" written across it three times. Also rocking dark shades and her COVID mullet, Miley suggestively lifted her shirt, with a fun pair of digitally-added yellow panties quickly landing on-screen to cover the naughty parts.

Miley's 12-track album, which includes just-released "Prisoner" collab with singer Dua Lipa, then got a giant shout-out, both in this caption and in a lengthier one via another promo video. Turns out, Miley thinks she was "born" to drop this set of beats.

"My PLASTIC HEART is overwhelmed by the support I’m receiving tonight! I was f-cking born to make the record I’ve just released!" Cyrus wrote, also thanking her fans and saying she appreciates them "more than I can properly articulate."

Miley, who has spoken on Apple Music about the album following 2019-released "SHE IS COMING," sounded more pumped than ever.

“I am not the person I was yesterday,” she told Zane Lowe while speaking from her L.A. pad. “Cutting with Stevie Nicks on the phone, that changed me forever. Everything changes me forever. Every night before I go to sleep, I say goodbye to myself, in a way, because that person is done.”
