Rep For Tamar Braxton's Ex David Adefeso Responds To Toni Braxton Post

Earlier today, the 53-year-old singer posted a screenshot of a note she composed on her iPhone. It read, “David, You Weasel…you Ferret…You are beyond contempt. Once again, DO NOT include my children in your shenanigans. Please leave my family alone!”

Toni never mentioned exactly what she was talking about in her post. Sources tell The Blast, David has been in contact with the police for help serving Tamar with legal papers. Despite David requesting the officers not attempt service at Toni Braxton’s home, they did anyway. We’re told police reached out to Toni via email in an attempt to track down Tamar. They also made a stop at Toni’s home.

Sources tell us David had no intention of having the police show up at Toni’s home. He told the officers to try her ex-husband Vince Herbert’s property, but they didn’t listen to him.

As The Blast previously reported, David recently filed a domestic violence restraining order against Tamar in Los Angeles Superior Court. He is asking the court to grant him a temporary restraining order which would prohibit Tamar from coming near him or contacting him in any manner. The case is still pending.

The petition for a restraining order came weeks after David found Tamar unresponsive and called 911. Tamar had been drinking and took an unknown amount of medication. The reality star was rushed to the hospital where she stayed for weeks.

The Jasmine Brand posted audio of Tamar speaking positively about David following Toni's post. She said David had been supportive of both her and her son Logan.

She said, "I just wanted to come on here and clear some things up. I really honestly appreciate my family all of a sudden speaking up for me. I do appreciate that."

Tamar continued, "I know nobody agrees with what David said on his Live. But I do feel compelled to say it wasn't a terrible relationship. "

"David was an amazing partner to me. he was an amazing step-dad to Logan. He wasn't a clout chaser. He wasn't trying to be on TV, he did everything on TV and showed up for me because I asked him to," she added.

She ended, "I don't feel like the majority of things being said are warranted because you know what I went through this summer was very traumatic for both of us. And he was there for me every step of the way even when most people were not. That's why I feel so compelled to say something now."
